Third-Party Research-Use Suppliers We Reference

Perrenia’s clinical care-coordination program pairs you with an independent licensed partner provider who supervises peptide protocols when clinically appropriate — fulfilled through our partner pharmacies, not via research suppliers. The reference below is a separate, research track for clinicians, laboratory researchers and readers who need reference-grade compounds for analytical or educational purposes only. It is not clinical care. It is not a replacement for one. It is not how to obtain peptides for personal use.

⚠ Research use only — not for human consumption. Compounds sold on this page are sold by a third-party research supplier strictly for laboratory research, in vitro analytical work and educational investigation. They are not medications, not dietary supplements, not FDA-evaluated, and must never be self-administered, injected, infused, inhaled, or applied to your body. Research-use compounds are not subject to sterile-manufacturing controls, impurity testing or chain-of-custody requirements prescription drugs are.

Perrenia Wellness Care LLC is a care-coordination program. It does not sell, ship, dispense, or evaluate any research-grade compound. PS Peptides is an independent third-party research supplier; Perrenia has no ownership, distribution or clinical-recommendation relationship with PS Peptides.

PS Peptides — Independent Research Supplier

Operated independently of Perrenia Wellness Care LLC. Sold for laboratory research, in vitro analytical work and educational investigation only. Practice Policy

Refunds & Payments

Perrenia Wellness provides a care-coordination program. Medical consultations, lab review and lifestyle supplements are delivered by independent licensed partner providers and partner laboratories. Any prescription medication authorized by a matched provider is handled separately: pharmacy orders and fulfillment are completed by Qualiphy, a third party. Perrenia Wellness Care LLC does not prescribe, dispense, ship, fulfill, or take title to any medication, and does not own or operate any pharmacy. The following terms apply to the program itself and to all coordination services billed by Perrenia Wellness.

Payment at the time of service

All coordination services — intake consultations, telehealth visits, lab reviews, follow-up appointments and plan adjustments — are billed and paid at the time the service is rendered.

All sales and services are final

Coordination services rendered by Perrenia Wellness are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a consultation is completed or coordination services begin, the coordination fee is final.

Items shipped once dispatched

Lifestyle-supplement kits cannot be returned, restocked or refunded once dispatch has occurred. Medications are not handled by Perrenia at all; if a prescription is authorized, an independent licensed pharmacy handles dispensing under its own return policy. Please verify your shipping address at checkout — incorrect delivery addresses that result in non-delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Questions, billing concerns, or clinician disputes

While refunds are not available for completed coordination services, our team reviews every billing concern in good faith. Reach us at [email protected] or (910) 239-3100 and we will respond within one business day with the clinical or billing resolution available to you within this policy.

This policy applies to every individual who pays Perrenia Wellness directly and to every patient referred through an affiliate partner. Service area is 48 U.S. states — we cannot currently coordinate care for members in Alabama, Mississippi, or Missouri. Medical services are delivered by independent licensed providers; this website does not itself practice medicine.

Clinical Disclaimer

Important Information About Your Care

All treatment decisions are made independently by licensed healthcare providers following an appropriate medical evaluation. A consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Perrenia Wellness Care LLC does not prescribe, dispense, ship, fulfill, or take title to any medication. When a matched independent licensed provider authorizes a prescription, dispensing is handled separately by an independent licensed pharmacy, which is solely responsible for shipping, replacement, recall handling and adverse-event reporting. Perrenia does not own, operate, or control any pharmacy. Availability of any individual therapy depends on the patient’s medical needs, applicable federal and state requirements, the matched provider's prescribing authority, pharmacy availability, and the regulatory status of the specific medication or compounded preparation.

Some therapies commonly described or marketed as “peptides” are not FDA-approved drugs, and inclusion above should not be interpreted as representing FDA approval or availability for every patient or jurisdiction.

The program fee covers coordination, intake, follow-up, monitoring, lab procurement and program support; whether any particular prescription, laboratory test or supplement is included at no additional cost is determined by the matched partner provider and Qualiphy, at their sole discretion.
