Perrenia Wellness delivers physician-supervised medical consultations, treatments, and prescription medications. Because every visit, protocol, and dispensed product is medical in nature, the following terms apply to all patients, members, and affiliate-referred clients.
All medical consultations, telehealth visits, lab reviews, and treatment authorizations are billed and paid at the time the service is rendered. This includes, without limitation, intake exams, follow-up appointments, prescription reviews, and dose adjustments.
Due to the medical nature of our practice, all services rendered and all medications, peptides, hormones, and compounded preparations dispensed are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a consultation is completed, a prescription is authorized, or a medication is shipped, the sale is final.
Compounded medications are prepared for the named patient after physician approval. Once a shipment has left our pharmacy or fulfillment partner, it cannot be returned, restocked, or refunded. Please verify your shipping address at checkout — incorrect delivery addresses that result in non-delivery are not eligible for a refund.
Missed telehealth appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are billed in full. Reschedule as soon as you know you cannot attend so your provider time and clinical capacity can be reallocated.
While refunds are not available for completed services or dispensed medications, our team reviews every billing concern in good faith. This policy applies to every individual who pays Perrenia Wellness directly and to every patient referred through an affiliate partner. Service area is 48 U.S. states — we cannot currently serve patients in Alabama or Missouri.
